“ Great coffee but service has been much slower lately. ”

“ This is your standard Biggby shop. The service has sometimes been okay, other times meh. A couple of months ago they wouldn’t let me use a coupon I had because my friend had used one for herself (we rode together but had separate orders). They claimed it was one per vehicle and rejected it again after showing the coupon that clearly stated it was per order. So, in order to claim it. I had to cancel my order, walk inside from the drive thru, reorder inside THEN I got my coupon and the barista was not nice about it…looking back it’s humorous but it felt stupid ”

“ Staff has always been friendly. Coffee prices have gotten way too expensive for just a simple regular coffee or iced coffee so now I drive down the road to overflowing cups cause it is only $2 for a 20 ounce coffee and no extra charge for iced coffee. ”
